Change a link's access mode from single to recurrent or from recurrent to single.

Note: changing the access_mode and billing

When you change a link from single to recurrent recurrent, the next day a historical update of the core resources for the link is triggered (resulting in you receiving historical_update webhooks for the link). You are billed for these historical updates.

Please note that each time that you change the access_mode for a link from single to recurrent, this triggers a historical refresh of data (resulting in you receiving historical_update webhooks for the core resources for the link). When this occurs, you will be billed for this historical data refresh.
